General terms & conditions
- The promotional offers (“Diwali Offers”) are being run by participating sellers and brands on the Zepto mobile application and website www.zepto.com (the mobile application and website together known as “Platform”)
- Discounts may vary by product or category. Certain products or categories may either not be discounted or may carry lower discounts, at the sole discretion of the respective sellers and brands.
- Zepto does not influence or determine the commercial decisions of the participating sellers and brands in relation to the Diwali Offers.
- All queries with respect to the Diwali Offers shall be sent to support@zeptonow.com with the subject line ‘Diwali Offers'. All endeavours shall be made to address your queries. However, it is clarified that no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of Zepto.
- The right to modify or/and withdraw the terms of Diwali Offers in whole or in part, without prior notice is hereby reserved.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India.
- These terms are in addition to the Zepto Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and not in substitution.
