1. The Winner will be contacted by Zepto’s concerned department to inform about the generation of the e-Voucher.
2. In case the Winner is not reachable after 3 (three)attempts, in that case, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the e-Voucher and won’t be able to claim the e-Voucher after3 (three) failed attempts.
3. Zepto holds no warranty and shall make no representation regarding the quality of the PS5. The visuals and pictures of the PS5 shown on the Platform or otherwise shall only be for the promotional purpose and shall not be construed as the exact representation of the PS5.
4. In case of any force majeure event, the Zepto shall be entitled, at its sole discretion to withdraw the Offer. Force majeure event shall be inclusive of but not limited to the acts of God, strikes, acts of terrorism, hijacking, riots, political disturbances, invasion, fire, floods, tsunami, epidemic/pandemic, road accidents and for reasons beyond the control of Zepto or the Purchaser.

Confidentiality- The data received by Zepto during the Offer is confidential and shall not be used or shared with any individual or entity for any further analysis/ promotion except for the purpose of smooth functioning and requirements of this Offer as per the Offer Terms hereof, provided however the details of e – voucher will be shared by Zepto with the Brand for audit purposes. Any data shared by the Purchaser and/ or the Winner on the Platform shall be subject to the privacy policy of the Zepto.
6. All queries with respect to the Contest shall be sent to support@zeptonow.com with the subject line "Jackpot Sale". All endeavors shall be made to address your queries. However, it is clarified that no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of Zepto.
7. Governing Laws- The laws of India shall govern this Offer. The courts of Mumbai shall have the jurisdiction to preside on the matters arising hereunder.
8. By participating in the Offer, the Purchaser of the Platform waives any and all claims of liability against Zepto and the Brand, its employees and agents, sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss that may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Offer, or from the use of the PS5.

1. This is a limited period promotional offer ("Offer") provided and funded by Procter and Gamble Home Products Limited ("Brand" or “P&G”) and made available on the website www.zeptonow.com and the mobile application of Zepto (collectively, "Platform"). 
2. These offer terms and conditions ("Offer Terms") are in addition to the terms of use to which you/ the user agree by using the Platform. To the extent the Terms of Use are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. The Offer shall however not be valid in the state of Tamil Nadu.

9. Participation in the offer is voluntary basis the Purchaser’s discretion.
