• When will the Users receive a free New Year Gift box ?
  ‍Users placing eligible orders on 29th December 2024 to 31st December 2024 (both dates inclusive) on the Zepto Platform shall be entitled to receive New Year Gift Box (Gift Box) for free. During this period, each Eligible User shall receive a Gift Box upon successful completion of their order on the Zepto Platform. 
• What is the eligibility criteria?
  ‍All Users who make a purchase of minimum order value or more as specified on the Zepto Platform at the time of placing an order (as per bill value) will be eligible to receive the Gift Box (Eligible Users). The order should be successfully delivered, and there are no refunds claimed against such order.
• Will I receive the gift on all the orders ?
  ‍Once You have placed an order and have also received the Gift Box, you are advised to check the Zepto Platform if you are still entitled to receive the Gift box on your subsequent eligible orders.

 General terms & conditions

1. Zepto reserves the right to decide whether or not an User is eligible for the Gift Box in its sole discretion.
2. The Gift Box distribution shall remain valid till the stock lasts.
3. The Gift Box is non-transferable and non- exchangeable.
4. No cash alternative to the Gift Box will be offered. 
5. Zepto reserves the right to either suspend or reject the User in case it finds or suspects or alleges any fraud or misuse of by such User/s.
6. Zepto is not responsible for the quality and performance of the products inside the Gift Box. 
7. Zepto shall have the right to modify or/and withdraw the campaign without prior notice.
8. All queries with respect to the Campaign shall be sent to support@zeptonow.com with the subject line ‘New Year Gift Box campaign'. All endeavors shall be made to address your queries. However, it is clarified that no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of Zepto.
9. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
10. Participation in the Campaign is voluntary
11. This Campaign is not eligible for users in Tamil Nadu.
12. Zepto is not liable for performance or no Performance or merchantability or fitness of items contained in the Gift Box.
