Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in the Watchalong Promotion ("Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Promotion.

1. Promotion Overview
‍
The Watchalong Promotion ("Promotion") is a consumer promotion organized and sponsored by Coca-Cola India Private Limited ("CCIPL") and facilitated on the Zepto platform by Zepto Limited ("Zepto").
‍
Under this Promotion, eligible participants who purchase any Coca-Cola® product on the Zepto platform during the Promotion Period will receive a scratch card upon successful delivery of the order. The scratch card will redirect participants to a Coca-Cola® microsite, from where they may enter the Coca-Cola WhatsApp channel and participate for a chance to win access to exclusive Watchalong events created and produced by Cristorian Sport Private Limited ("Revsportz").

The Promotion shall commence on 15 June 2026 and conclude on 20 July 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Participation is open only to individuals who:
a) Are eighteen (18) years of age or older;
b) Are legal residents of India; and
c) Are not residents of the States of Assam or Tamil Nadu.
‍
Such eligible individuals shall be referred to as "Participants". Any entries received outside the Promotion Period shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered for any Prize.

2. Prize
‍
Eligible Participants shall have an opportunity to win access to a Watchalong event through an unlisted YouTube link created and produced by Revsportz.
‍
The unlisted YouTube link shall be activated and made available to Winners on the date and time of the relevant Watchalong event. A Participant may enter the Promotion multiple times and may win access to multiple Watchalong events. However, a Participant may win access to any specific Watchalong event only once.

3. How to Participate
‍
To participate in the Promotion, Participants must:
‍
a) Purchase any Coca-Cola® product through the Zepto platform during the Promotion Period.
b) Receive a scratch card upon successful delivery of the order.
c) Scratch the card and follow the link provided to access the Coca-Cola microsite.
d) Enter the Coca-Cola WhatsApp channel through the microsite.
e) Provide all required consents, including consent to these Terms and the collection and processing of personal information.
f) Complete the participation process as instructed through the WhatsApp channel.

Only entries completed in accordance with these Terms shall be considered valid.

4. Winner Selection
‍
Winners shall be selected through a computerized random selection process operating on an hourly win-quota basis from among all valid entries received. The number of Winners may vary depending upon the number of valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
‍
Winners shall be notified through the Coca-Cola WhatsApp channel. Participants who do not win may re-enter the Promotion after one (1) hour from their previous participation. CCIPL's decision regarding Winner selection shall be final and binding.

5. Prize Fulfilment
‍
The Prize shall be delivered to Winners through WhatsApp notifications. Winners shall receive:
‍
a) Confirmation of the Prize won;
b) Details of the relevant Watchalong event; and
c) The unlisted YouTube access link.

The Prize is personal to the Winner and is awarded solely for the Winner's individual use and enjoyment. The Prize shall not be transferred, assigned, gifted, pledged, sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, or otherwise disposed of to any third party under any circumstances. The Prize is non-exchangeable and may not be substituted, replaced, upgraded, or exchanged for any other product, service, benefit, or consideration, whether monetary or otherwise. The Prize is not redeemable for cash, credit, refund, reimbursement, or any cash equivalent, either in whole or in part. No requests for modification, extension, substitution, or conversion of the Prize shall be entertained. The Prize is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional terms communicated by CCIPL, Revsportz, YouTube, or any relevant third-party service provider. Any attempt by a Winner to transfer, commercialize, misuse, or otherwise deal with the Prize in violation of these Terms may result in immediate cancellation, forfeiture, or revocation of the Prize without any compensation or liability on the part of CCIPL, Zepto, or their respective affiliates, partners, or service providers.

The unlisted YouTube link is intended solely for the Winner's personal use and must not be shared, forwarded, distributed, sold, or otherwise made available to any third party.

CCIPL reserves the right to revoke access to the Prize if it reasonably determines that a Winner has breached this provision.

6. Disqualification
‍
The following entries shall be deemed invalid and may be disqualified at CCIPL's sole discretion:
‍
a) Entries submitted through fraudulent means;
b) Entries generated through automated systems, bots, scripts, or similar mechanisms;
c) Entries containing false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information;
d) Entries submitted by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria;
e) Entries originating from Assam or Tamil Nadu;
f) Multiple entries submitted using the same mobile number during a single hourly draw cycle;
g) Entries not complying with these Terms; or
h) Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or abuse the Promotion mechanism.

7. Publicity
‍
By participating in the Promotion, Winners agree, if requested by CCIPL, to participate in reasonable publicity, promotional activities, photography, videography, recordings, and related marketing activities connected with the Promotion without additional compensation.
‍
Participants grant CCIPL the right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, photograph, recordings, and related materials for promotional and marketing purposes in any media worldwide for the duration permitted under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property
‍
All trademarks, logos, trade names, branding elements, and other intellectual property rights associated with Coca-Cola® remain the sole property of CCIPL and/or its licensors.
‍
Participation in the Promotion does not grant any rights in relation to such intellectual property except as expressly provided under these Terms.

9. Data Privacy
‍
By participating in the Promotion, Participants expressly consent to the collection, processing, storage, and use of their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and participation-related information, by CCIPL and its authorized service providers for:
a) Administration of the Promotion;
b) Winner selection;
c) Prize fulfilment;
d) Participant communications; and
e) Compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Such processing shall be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and CCIPL's privacy policy.

10. WhatsApp Communications
‍
By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to receiving communications through WhatsApp relating to:
a) Participation confirmation;
b) Winner notifications;
c) Prize fulfilment;
d) Promotion-related updates; and
e) Other communications reasonably necessary for administration of the Promotion.
‍
Participants may opt out of promotional communications in accordance with applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability
‍
CCIPL shall not be responsible for:
a) Technical failures;
b) Network interruptions;
c) Delays in communication;
d) Incomplete, lost, misdirected, or corrupted entries;
e) Acts or omissions of third-party service providers;
f) Force majeure events; or
g) Any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

CCIPL is solely providing the promotional opportunity under the Coca-Cola® brand and does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, YouTube, Zepto, or Revsportz services.
‍
CCIPL shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss, cost, expense, or claim arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize except to the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Watchalong Content Disclaimer
‍
The Watchalong events and associated content are independently created and produced by Revsportz.
‍
CCIPL does not create, control, endorse, supervise, review, or guarantee the content, opinions, commentary, accuracy, quality, or availability of any Watchalong event.
‍
Any views, statements, commentary, or opinions expressed during the Watchalong events are solely those of Revsportz and the relevant speakers and do not necessarily reflect the views of CCIPL.
‍
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with any sports league, governing body, team, athlete, player, tournament organizer, YouTube, or WhatsApp.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Role of Zepto
‍
Zepto is acting solely as a platform facilitator and publisher for the Promotion. Zepto is not the organizer, sponsor, administrator, producer, guarantor, or fulfillment provider of the Promotion, Prize, Watchalong events, or related content. All aspects of the Promotion, including winner selection, Prize administration, and fulfilment, are conducted solely by CCIPL and/or its authorized partners.

Exclusion of Liability
‍
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Zepto shall not be responsible or liable for:
a) Administration, operation, or conduct of the Promotion;
b) Winner selection or eligibility determinations;
c) Fulfilment, availability, quality, accessibility, or operation of any Watchalong event;
d) Any representations, warranties, or claims made by CCIPL, Revsportz, or any third party;
e) Any loss, injury, damage, dissatisfaction, inconvenience, or expense suffered by Participants arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Prize.

Third-Party Services
‍
Zepto shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, interruption, suspension, or malfunction of:
a) WhatsApp;
b) YouTube;
c) Coca-Cola microsites;
d) Revsportz services; or
e) Any third-party systems involved in the Promotion.

Data Processing
‍
Any personal information collected by CCIPL, Revsportz, WhatsApp, YouTube, or their service providers shall be governed exclusively by their respective privacy policies. Zepto shall have no responsibility or liability for the collection, processing, storage, transfer, security, misuse, or unauthorized disclosure of such information by any third party.

Limitation of Damages
‍
In no event shall Zepto, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or representatives be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the Promotion.

Disputes
‍
Any dispute, complaint, claim, or grievance relating to the Promotion, Watchalong event, Winner selection, or Prize fulfilment shall be directed solely to CCIPL. Zepto shall have no obligation to investigate, mediate, resolve, or adjudicate any such dispute.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
‍
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gurugram, Haryana.

Final Decision
‍
CCIPL reserves the right to amend, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time, subject to applicable law. All decisions of CCIPL relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
