Terms & Conditions 

1. Zepto reserves the right to decide whether or not an user is eligible for the Campaign in its sole discretion.
2. No cash alternative to the rewards will be offered. The reward is not transferable and/or exchangeable.
3. Where the value exceeds the exemption limit under Income Tax Act, 1961, winner shall bear all applicable taxes including but not limited to income (withholding) tax and any other statutory levy as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the Campaign.
4. Zepto reserves the right to either suspend or reject the rewards to a user in case it finds or suspects or alleges any fraud or misuse of the quiz by such user/s.
5. Zepto is not responsible for the quality and performance of the reward issued/facilitated. Users also agree that they may not receive the reward in case of unforeseen circumstances, schedule changes or force majeure situations. Users also agree that there will be time and other related restrictions for the reward. Users shall be responsible for any noncompliance or other issues created by them while enjoying the rewards.
   
6. All queries with respect to the Campaign shall be sent to support@zeptonow.com with the subject line ‘Zepto Super Over Campaign'. All endeavours shall be made to address your queries. However, it is clarified that no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of Zepto.
7. Zepto shall have the right to modify or/and withdraw the Campaign without prior notice.
8. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
9. These terms are in addition to the Zepto Terms of Use and not in substitution.
