- 1. Zepto Super Saver benefits are subject to Users adhering the Minimum Order Value thresholds and are made available at discretionary discount percentages. You may check the eligibility and the prices on the Zepto App.
2. Some special fees like surge or rain fees, handling charges, and/or taxes may apply to the eligible purchases.
3. Products listed on Zepto Super Saver are excluded from any Zepto Pass benefits.
4. Trials or other promotional Zepto Super Saver benefits may also be offered to certain users, which are also subject to these Terms.
5. Zepto Super Saver option is discretionary for the Zepto users and Users may purchase products on the Zepto App without visiting the Zepto Super Saver store as well.
6. Zepto Super Saver benefits are available only on the select products on the Zepto App.
7. No cash alternative to the benefits will be offered.
8. Zepto Super Saver isn't available for the users who purchase products for the purpose of resale or use Zepto Super Saver to deliver products to their customers or potential customers.
9. The benefits of Zepto Super Saver may be suspended or cancelled in cases of suspected or alleged fraud or misuse by users. In such instances, sole discretion may be exercised to reject or recover any claimed benefits earned under this program.
10. All queries with respect to the Zepto Super Saver shall be sent to support@zeptonow.com with the subject line ‘Zepto Super Saver’. All endeavors shall be made to address your queries. However, it is clarified that no response shall not be construed as a deficiency or an act of omission on the part of Zepto.
11. The right to modify or/and withdraw the Zepto Super Saver benefits without prior notice is reserved.
12. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
13. These terms are in addition to the Zepto Terms of Use and not in substitution.
14. The eligibility criteria for Zepto Super Saver shall be determined at sole discretion.
